We are of the view that it is correct for a corporation, to maintain an action under § 1308, to sue in any county in the State, but the court's opinion precludes the corporation from obtaining the aid of the equity jurisdiction of a court of equity in that it refers to the county in which the stockholders of the corporation reside, as a factor in determining whether a suit may be maintained.
